Will this work in an application that requires OGG Vorbis?+

Not necessarily. OGG is a container, and this tool writes Opus audio. Check your destination’s codec requirements before converting.

Are my files uploaded?+

No. Processing happens on this device. The tool may download its own code, but source files and output are not sent to a processing server.
