Frequently asked questions
Does this tool upload my input?+
No. Your input is processed on your device using browser APIs and local code.
Will an animated WebP keep all its frames?+
Yes when the browser supports animated WebP decoding and the file fits the resource limits. Otherwise the tool reports an error instead of silently exporting only the first frame.
What are the limits?+
Animated WebP requires ImageDecoder support, typically current Chrome or Edge. GIF output uses a limited palette.
